Removing Records from Government Databases
If you need to have arrest or court records removed from official government sources, you must contact those agencies directly. Here are the primary resources:
Arizona Set Aside of Judgment (ARS § 13-907)
Arizona's version of expungement. If you were convicted of a
crime, you may petition the court to have the judgment set
aside. This does not erase the record but designates it as
"set aside."
