• AI chatbot: Conversations with Randy may be processed by our AI provider (NVIDIA NIM / Groq) to generate responses. Message content is used solely to power the chatbot and is not stored by third-party AI providers beyond the session.

LocateInmate.online offers optional sign-in via Google Sign-In (Google Identity Services / One Tap). Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5a. Data Accessed

When you choose to sign in with your Google account, we receive an OpenID Connect ID token issued by Google that contains the following information:

The Google user data we receive is used exclusively to:

• Create and authenticate your account on LocateInmate.online
• Pre-populate your name and email during the registration flow so you do not have to re-enter information
• Send service-related communications (e.g., confirmation of your inmate search request, bail bond inquiry follow-up) to your Google email address

We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements, build user profiles beyond what is required for service delivery, or combine it with data from other sources for profiling purposes.

5c. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data (name, email) with third parties for their own independent use. Google user data may be accessed only by:

• Affordable Bail Bonds staff — solely to respond to bail bond service inquiries associated with your account
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — as our data storage infrastructure provider, acting as a data processor under confidentiality obligations

No Google user data is shared with advertising networks, data brokers, or any other third party.

5d. Data Storage & Protection

Google user data (name and email) is stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS) DynamoDB, a cloud database hosted in the United States. We protect this data with:

• Encryption in transit: All data is transmitted over HTTPS / TLS 1.2+
• Encryption at rest: AWS DynamoDB encrypts all data at rest using AES-256
• Access controls: Access to stored user data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis

5e. Data Retention & Deletion

Google user data is retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction with our service, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. To request deletion of your Google user data from our systems:

• Visit our Data Removal Request page, or
• Email delete@locateinmate.online with the subject line "Google Data Deletion Request"

We will process your deletion request within 30 days. Deleting your data will remove your account and all associated records from our systems.

6. Third-Party Links & Government Databases

This Site contains links to official government websites (county sheriff offices, ADCRR, Arizona Superior Court, VINELink). These sites are operated independently and are not governed by this Privacy Policy.

When you click a link to a government database, you leave our Site and are subject to that agency's privacy practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party website.

7. Data Storage & Security

Lead and contact information submitted through this Site is stored securely in Amazon Web Services (AWS) DynamoDB — a highly secure cloud database located in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encryption at rest.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your submitted contact information for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, or until you request removal. Analytics and log data may be retained for up to 26 months per Google Analytics default retention settings.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data from our systems (see Data Removal Request)
• Opt-out: Opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format
